Phodidas Ndamyumugabe, PhD is a professor of applied theology and biblical languages at Weimar Institute, in California. Dr. Phodidas’ heart is in missions. He survived one of the most tragic events that took away the lives of more than a million people in the east-central African nation of Rwanda. He also worked in the same region as a preacher and a counselor, dealing with the aftermath of the genocide.
